Terms & Conditions: Payment is due within seven (7) days of the invoice date. A late fee of 10% of the total invoice amount will be applied if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date. An additional 10% penalty will accumulate for each subsequent month the balance remains unpaid.

If an invoice is not settled under any agreed third-party terms, those third-party terms will be rendered void. In such cases, the above payment terms will retroactively apply from the original invoice date, and a 10% penalty will compound monthly.
